919 Marketing Customer Satisfaction Ratings Exceed National Average in Satisfaction Ratings

A new study by Prosavvy Consulting Network finds that Triangle-based 919 Marketing Company, a privately held Raleigh-area marketing and public relations consulting company, outranks national consulting firms of all sizes in customer satisfaction ratings.

The Prosavvy study shows that 919 Marketing outperformed some of the most elite firms in the country in the categories of schedule and cost performance, responsiveness, proficiency, results and overall client satisfaction.

“The results of this survey re-confirm 919’s track record of bringing superior expertise, personalized service and cost-effectiveness to its clients,” 919 Chief Executive Officer and Founder David Chapman says. “The days of marketing firms signing clients with trendy offices and flashy sales pitches are over. We know that companies want to see efficiency, return on investment and sales results from their marketing efforts; 919 has a track record of doing just that.”

Clients are demanding greater returns for their marketing dollars and have been more than willing to switch agencies that don't measure up to expectations, according to a study by Plunkett Research. Moreover, the research also suggests that while expectations of marketing departments are increasing, funding for marketing activities continues to decrease disproportionately to that of other departments.

Meanwhile, 919 has doubled annual billings and signed 7 new clients this year. Chapman says 919’s expanding roster of clients demonstrates that companies are returning to tested, proven parameters in evaluating their marketing programs.

An example of 919’s reputation for solving demanding marketing challenges for its clients is the recent announcement that the company has signed an agreement extending its relationship with the Cary, NC based technology company Springboard Hosting.
