David Chapman, founder and CEO of 919 Marketing Company, one of the leading marketing and PR agencies in the Triangle, has announced that Ashlie Lanning has been named Director of Account Services. In this position, Lanning will oversee all 919 Marketing account teams with a focus on planning, concept development and excellence in execution that ultimately delivers results to help improve clients’ bottom lines. She will also function as the leader of strategic planning, coordinate communication for client campaigns within the agency and serve as a mentor for staff.

With more than eight years of marketing communications experience, Lanning brings a solid background in media relations, business writing, strategic planning and account management services to 919 Marketing. Since joining the firm, she has designed and implemented national marketing campaigns for Ajinomoto AminoSciences, Jersey Mike’s Subs regional co-op, the Coalition to Salute America’s Heroes, Capitol Broadcasting Company, Hosted Solutions and Walling Data, the world’s number one distributor of AVG Anti-virus software. She has also placed clients in PEOPLE, Country Music Weekly, Entrepreneur, USA Today, NBC Nightly News, Financial Times, The Washington Post, Sean Hannity Show, ESPN, Fox and Friends and Good Morning America, among others.
