While he may no longer be on the gridiron on Sundays, Dave Shula has not given up his intense training. Every day, he wakes up between 5 and 6 a.m. and does a 60 to 90 minute workout that is a combination of swimming, cycling, running, and/or lifting. He follows this up with a big breakfast of eggs, yogurt, granola, an English muffin, and fresh fruit, washed down with a glass of V8 Fusion juice.
